Job summary

The Financial Conduct Authority seeks an IAM Security Engineer to design, implement and optimise identity and access management across cloud environments. You’ll manage PAM, IGA, PKI and related tooling while collaborating with a multi-technology cyber team.

Expect strong leadership, architecture and communication skills, with hands-on experience in Entra/Azure and AWS identity services. The role spans London, Edinburgh, and Leeds with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Security Engineering with IAM, PAM and IGA.
• Strong architectural, leadership and communication skills for secure enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and AWS Identity services in cloud environments.
• Practical experience with Delinea Secret Server or Saviynt for PAM/IGA controls.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, implement and optimise IDAM security products and automations.
• Provide technical support and management of the FCA PAM platform.
• Support onboarding of FCA critical applications.
• Collaborate within a cloud security engineering team and promote collaboration.
• Manage FCA Enterprise PKI platform.
