Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking an IAM Engineer to strengthen identity and access controls across Entra ID, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will run IAM services, implement automations, and improve governance while balancing security and usability.

The role blends BAU operations with engineering, automation, and project work, offering flexible hybrid working and opportunities to shape controls in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity and Access Management, Security Operations or Cloud Security, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Azure identity controls (SSO, Conditional Access, PIM).
• Understanding of least privilege, RBAC and privileged access management concepts.
• Experience supporting access reviews, audit evidence and control-based processes.
• Ability to automate processes and write scripts to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IAM services across Entra ID and integrated applications.
• Manage identity governance including RBAC, least privilege, CA and PIM.
• Run access reviews, certifications, evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Onboard and integrate applications with SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning.
• Support vendor onboarding from an IAM perspective, assessing requirements.
• Maintain IAM controls and audit evidence for regulatory requirements.
• Identify improvements through automation and better reporting.
• Support identity issues and investigations with stakeholders.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation for IAM processes.
• Provide reporting to Security leadership on risks and remediation actions.
