Reply, Inc. is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Cybersecurity Consultant to design, implement, and manage security solutions for identity access. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (e.g. Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint) would be advantageous.
• Understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and Kerberos would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions (e.g. AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM) would be advantageous.
• Exposure to IAM concepts, including identity governance, authentication, authorisation, and secure access practices would be beneficial.
• Strong foundational knowledge of IT and security concepts, with an interest in cybersecurity and identity technologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CIAM) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, and PAM.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Implement identity federation, directory services, and identity governance solutions.
• Monitor and respond to identity-related security incidents and threats.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Automate IAM processes to improve efficiency and security.
• Conduct regular access reviews to ensure appropriate access controls are in place.
• Perform audits to maintain compliance and strengthen identity security controls.

Skills

IAM platforms experience (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity)

Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, Kerberos)

Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM)

Knowledge of IT and security concepts

Interest in cybersecurity and identity technologies

Education
