Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced CIAM Consultant to partner with clients in designing and implementing secure Customer Identity & Access Management solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs for millions of users and collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful digital identity solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong IAM and CIAM concepts, including authentication, authorisation and federation.
• Hands-on CIAM platform experience (Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Azure AD B2C or similar).
• Proven client-facing advisory and delivery experience in consulting.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
• Solid understanding of GDPR/UK data protection and impacts on CIAM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisation to manage multiple workstreams.
