Job summary

Sky is seeking an IAM Platform Manager to own the One Identity Manager platform across Sky Group locations in the UK, Italy and Germany. You will drive platform governance, roadmap and upgrades while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders and vendors to optimize identity lifecycle processes. The role requires strong technical expertise in OIM, platform governance and stakeholder management, with a strategic mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with enterprise IAM platforms (One Identity Manager or similar).
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC and access governance.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, connectors) and directory services (AD/LDAP).
• Desirable VB.NET scripting for OIM customization.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-geography environments and regulatory audits (GDPR, SOX).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the One Identity Manager platform, ensuring stability, scalability and alignment with IAM strategy.
• Lead the platform roadmap, oversee upgrades and feature adoption.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to optimize identity lifecycle processes.
