Job summary

IFS is seeking a senior IAM leader to own the Identity and Access Management strategy for the platform ecosystem. You will drive Authentication and Authorization platforms that secure Nexus, Kairos, IFS.ai, Cloud Services, and more, balancing security, scale, and a smooth developer experience.

You will lead two engineering managers, partnering with Product, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Cloud Operations to keep IAM ahead of platform needs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large engineering teams delivering IAM or security platforms.
• Deep expertise in identity and access management, authentication and authorization.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS/cloud platforms and secure design.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic IAM direction across Nexus, Kairos, IFS.ai, and Cloud Services.
• Own platform architecture for AuthN/AuthZ with security and compliance.
• Lead two engineering managers and partner with product, security, and operations.
