Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting customised MIM implementations and resolving complex technical issues.
• Proven experience providing L2/L3 operational support in critical IAM environments.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles including Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes, Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Governance.
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.
• PowerShell scripting experience and ability to review and troubleshoot C#/.NET code used within MIM customisations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identity provisioning, synchronisation and access management issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for a highly customised Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environment.
• Support and maintain identity lifecycle management, provisioning and synchronisation services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access management incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Support integrations across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and associated identity platforms.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and support runbooks.
• Contribute to service improvement, automation and platform optimisation initiatives
