Job summary

Sky is hiring for an Identity and Access Management specialist to design, implement and maintain IAM solutions in One Identity Manager. You’ll work across stakeholders to ensure least-privilege access, own the development lifecycle, and keep the platform updated with new technologies.

The role offers hybrid working across Livingston, Osterley, and Brick Lane with strong focus on security standards. You’ll guide teams on IAM best practices and contribute to training while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with One Identity and IAM tools.
• Strong knowledge of IAM and authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Expertise in cross-platform scripting (TSQL, PowerShell, Bash) and web APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL).
• Excellent security awareness with ISO27001, NIST and CIS references.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and maintain IAM solutions in One Identity Manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions with least-privilege access.
• Own the development lifecycle including testing, troubleshooting, deployment and change governance.
• Keep IAM platform aligned with emerging tech through upgrades and audits; address gaps.
• Provide technical guidance on IAM best practices and contribute to training materials.
• Work autonomously on complex projects, support audits and mentor teammates.
