Nomura Holdings, Inc. in London seeks an experienced Identity & Access Management Product Owner to lead the strategy for authentication services and directory services across hybrid and cloud environments.

You will drive roadmaps, governance, and modernization initiatives, coordinating with a Technical Lead to implement Entra ID, AD, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and Authenticator deployments. The role requires deep IAM expertise, industry regulatory awareness, and strong stakeholder communication to

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in Identity and Access Management and Product Owner role.
Experience with financial institutions, regulatory compliance, and security requirements.
Knowledge of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA desirable.
