Job summary

Nomura in London is seeking an experienced Identity Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale identity projects spanning Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and related platforms in a hybrid London environment.

You will bridge engineering teams with business stakeholders, manage timelines and risks, and ensure security standards and governance across multiple workstreams. This contractor role runs for 12 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise-scale identity and access management projects.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Ability to coordinate global teams across time zones and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Authentication/Directory Services/MFA projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for global identity solutions in hybrid environments.
• Manage timelines, risks and resources across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and change control procedures are followed.
