Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Authentication / Directory Services / MFA infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design and implement global identity solutions for hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between technical engineering teams and senior management stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to established change control procedures, governance frameworks, and operational discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement of identity and access management delivery practices and methodologies.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations related to identity solutions.
• Champion adoption of Zero Trust security principles across identity projects.
