Job summary

Rexel UK Ltd is seeking an IAM Analyst to maintain secure access and identity controls in a fixed-term 9‑month role at our Birmingham head office. You will manage the lifecycle of user access, governance, and automation improvements in a hybrid setup with two days at home.

This role focuses on least privilege, audits, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO and MFA, plus familiarity with ITIL and documentation best

Qualifications

• IAM Analyst experience in a similar environment with joiner/mixer/leaver lifecycle.
• Experience managing high-volume access requests and workflow queues.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and access governance best practices.
• Hands-on use of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO and MFA.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access across joiner, mover and leaver lifecycle with provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Review access requests in line with least privilege and security policies.
• Handle IAM tickets through the enterprise system and meet SLAs.
• Support regular access reviews, certifications and audits.
• Identify gaps and help automate IAM processes.
• Maintain accurate IAM documentation and guidance materials.
