Rexel UK is seeking an IAM Analyst to protect enterprise data and manage user lifecycles across Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes in a hybrid Birmingham-based role. You will govern access, support ticketing workflows, and drive improvements while adhering to ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as IAM Analyst or similar role.

Responsabilités

• Manage user access across Joiner, Mover, and Leaver lifecycles.
• Review and process access requests per security policies and least privilege.
• Handle IAM tickets and SLAs.
• Support user access reviews and audits.
• Identify gaps and drive automation improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
