Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to safeguard our enterprise data and support IAM processes across Joiner, Mover and Leaver lifecycles. The role is a 9-month fixed term with a hybrid pattern: 2 days at home and 3 days at our head office in Birmingham (B26), working Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm.

You will manage user access, enforce least privilege, support access reviews, and drive automation of IAM workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires IAM analyst experience in a similar-sized/matrix organisation.
• Experience managing high-volume queues via enterprise ticketing system.
• Hands-on with Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and regular user access reviews.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is beneficial.
• Understanding of least privilege and information security.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle & Access Management across Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycles.
• Access governance and least privilege adherence.
• Operational support through enterprise ticketing system and SLAs.
• Support audits, certification campaigns and reviews.
• Identify gaps and drive automation of IAM workflows.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and SOPs.
