Addepar UK Ltd. is seeking an IAM Analyst to join the Information Security & Risk team in the United Kingdom. You will help advance Addepar’s Internal Identity & Access Management program, working to enhance data quality, role decisions, and entitlement reviews across integrated systems.

The role emphasizes least privilege, scalable processes, and collaboration with security partners. Applicants must have right to work in the UK from day one; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Identity & Access Management experience with a track record of solving diverse access challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent or higher. Computer Science or Engineering related education preferred.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management tools.
• Familiar with IT Governance and Compliance functions, including SOC2 and Data Governance.
• Understanding NHIs in information security.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational support for IAM administration tools and onboarding/role definitions.
• Run recertification campaigns based on security and audit requirements.
• Handle end user escalations and support requests.
• Improve maturity of the internal IAM program and governance initiatives.
