The Holdcroft Motor Group is looking to expand our business and is now offering an exciting opportunity to join our team at Hyundai as a Brand Ambassador. You will identify and pursue sales opportunities to support our sales teams, building rapport with customers to understand their needs and interests.

Our primary goal is to ensure complete satisfaction for every customer. As the main contact in the dealership, you will represent our brand, uphold our values, and deliver extensive product knowledge. Being a Brand Ambassador involves showcasing our offerings, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity, and driving sales growth.

What we are looking for in a Brand Ambassador:

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people.
• Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role in retail (not necessarily in the motor industry).
• Ability to use initiative, work independently, and take ownership of your role.
• Capability to multitask and switch between tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and stay updated with technical and product information.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
