We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Brand Ambassador to visit retail stores across a designated territory. The role involves launching new products, installing displays, merchandising, and placing promotional materials. Strong communication skills, confidence in building relationships with in-store staff, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, earning £24,000 plus a 10% bonus.

The Requirements

  • Experience in retail environments or managing a territory across multiple locations is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple objectives across different projects efficiently
  • Attention to detail for reading store planograms and interpreting data for insights and feedback
  • Ability to identify in-store opportunities to improve KPIs
  • Effective verbal communication skills and experience building relationships at various levels
  • IT literacy and understanding of consumer technology; training provided
  • Full driving license

Role Responsibilities

  • Building positive relationships with retailers to achieve client objectives and influence sales
  • Communicating visit objectives and reviewing store activities with staff
  • Ensuring products are displayed and merchandised per planograms
  • Addressing stock availability issues
  • Maximizing brand awareness through effective display of Point of Purchase materials
  • Storing a small amount of stock and equipment at home for work purposes
  • Adapting to change and responding proactively to activity objectives
  • Working towards KPIs set by SIG clients to improve personal and team performance
  • Attending national and local team meetings as required
