Beauty Brand Ambassador

Role Description

The Brand Ambassador plays a vital role in delivering world-class customer service, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. They tailor each consultation to the customer, providing enjoyable and natural service, and go above and beyond at every opportunity.

Service

• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge at all times.
• Build customer relationships using CRM to deliver personalized shopping experiences.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring a seamless customer journey from greeting to checkout.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Support and participate in internal and external events.

Sales

• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Drive sales through excellent customer experience, meeting targets and KPI goals.
• Promote service, sales, loyalty, and appointments with customers.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain a positive, professional, and dynamic team presence.
• Ensure store standards, including hygiene and visual merchandising, are upheld.
• Assist in updating and maintaining visual merchandising of all brands.

Experience and Skills

• Beauty retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• Passion for beauty and customer service is essential.
• An 'always on' approach when at work.
• Strong beauty knowledge and makeup application skills, both for self and others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full availability, including weekends and bank holidays, is required.
