Job summary

Evergreen Talent Group is seeking a BIM Coordinator for a major hyperscale data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. You will lead BIM coordination using Revit, Navisworks and related tools, ensuring model integrity and clash resolution across mechanical, electrical and building services disciplines.

This role offers a long-term pipeline of data centre projects, structured technical training and clear progression to senior BIM roles.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years in a BIM Coordinator, BIM Engineer, Revit Coordinator or similar digital construction role.
• Strong practical experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models using Revit and Navisworks Manage; resolve clashes.
• Maintain model revisions and information delivery using ISO 19650 principles.
• Coordinate design with engineers, consultants and subcontractors; support site teams.
