BIM Delivery Lead — Hyperscale Data Centre

Job summary

Evergreen Talent Group is seeking an experienced BIM Lead to manage BIM and digital construction delivery on a major hyperscale data centre project in Blyth, UK. The role covers design development through installation, commissioning and digital handover.

The successful candidate will oversee multidisciplinary BIM coordination across MEP, CSA, architectural and specialist packages, leading BIM reviews and ensuring ISO 19650 compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum five years BIM or digital construction experience.
• Experience as BIM Lead, BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator.
• Experience with hyperscale data centres and mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and digital construction delivery across the hyperscale data centre project.
• Develop and maintain the BEP and MIDP/TIDPs for the project.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and conduct clash resolution.
• Manage BIM team outputs and ensure on-site BIM support.
