Fairfax Meadow, part of Sysco GB, is recruiting a Hygiene Supervisor in Derby. You'll lead a team on the 05:00–15:00 shift, organise daily duties and manage rotas, while ensuring hygiene practices meet audit requirements across production, warehouse and amenities.

You'll be a confident leader who communicates across all levels, maintains documentation, and supports the Operations team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a production environment.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Organised and detail-oriented with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operatives and manage daily duties and team rotas.
• Maintain hygiene standards and provide on-shift hygiene support across Production, Warehouse and amenities.
• Ensure hygiene documentation is completed and audit-ready.
