Sainsbury's is seeking a Hygiene Manager for its 24/7 distribution centre at Hams Hall, Birmingham. You will oversee cleaning operations, lead a team, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and manage relationships with the client and service providers.

The role requires strong facilities management experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Formación

• Experience in Facilities Management across Soft Services, preferably in a fast-paced distribution/retail setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH.
• Background in Hygiene/Cleaning Management and full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate company values and lead by example at all times.
• Act as the primary interface between the client and service providers on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage and develop a team, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and compliance.
• Monitor and report on SLAs and KPIs, both internally and externally.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring services are delivered within budgets.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
