Job summary

Fairfax Meadow, part of Sysco GB, is recruiting a Hygiene Supervisor in Derby. You'll lead a team on the 05:00–15:00 shift, organise daily duties and manage rotas, while ensuring hygiene practices meet audit requirements across production, warehouse and amenities.

You'll be a confident leader who communicates across all levels, maintains documentation, and supports the Operations team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Organised and detail-oriented with proactive approach.

Hygiene Supervisor

Location: Derby

Working Hours: 05.00 - 15.00, Monday to Friday

Salary up to £35,731 per annum (dependent on experience)

A satisfying role

As a Hygiene Supervisor, you will lead a team of operatives, organise daily duties and manage the team rotas. Working closely with the Operations team to maintain in-shift hygiene support throughout the Production, Warehouse and amenities processes. Ensuring that all hygiene documentation is completed and is constantly audit ready.
