The Compleat Food Group seeks a Hygiene Supervisor to lead a small hygiene team at our London site. You will oversee cleaning programs, ensure compliance with BRCGS and customer standards, and drive continuous improvement in hygiene and food safety across the operation.
Ideal candidates will have a Food Science degree, Advanced Food Hygiene certification, and 3+ years of supervisory experience in food hygiene, with a track record of delivering safe, clean, compliant production environments.
The Hygiene Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all factory equipment and the production environment are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, in line with company requirements, customer codes of practice and relevant food safety standards. The role will supervise and support a small hygiene team, providing day-to-day direction and ensuring hygiene activities are completed effectively and to the required standards. Working closely with Operations, Technical and Engineering teams, the Hygiene Supervisor will help maintain and continuously improve hygiene standards across the site, promoting a strong culture of cleanliness, food safety and compliance.
