Natures Way Foods Ltd is seeking a Hygiene Operative to keep production lines clean, safe and ready for the next shift. No previous experience required; full training is provided and a positive attitude is all you need.

You’ll work days (12-hour shifts 7:00am–7:00pm) with a 4-week cycle and regular weekends off. Benefits include pension, health plan, and a £3,000 training investment to support your development.

Overview

Join Natures Way Foods as a Hygiene Operative and help keep our process lines running smoothly by ensuring everything is clean, safe and ready for the next shift. We provide full training, so no prior experience is needed - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The hours you’ll work:

You'll work a days only shift pattern, with 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Over a 4-week period, you'll work 14 shifts in total. A typical schedule is:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

With this rota, you'll enjoy every other weekend off, giving you regular time to rest, recharge, and plan ahead.
