OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Hygiene Manager to lead the cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness across the site. You will supervise staff, manage rotas, training, and basic HR compliance, and support audits and investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise cleaning staff and lead a team.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and HR compliance.
• Good customer service and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms and other areas.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment.
• Identify and coach on-site training needs and maintain records.
• Involvement in investigations such as accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and place orders within budget.
