Worley is seeking an experienced Associate Hydrologist to join our Water Solutions team in the UK. You will provide technical leadership across hydrology, flood risk and water resources while guiding complex projects and client relationships.

Working with Principal Consultants and Directors, you will oversee deliverables, mentor teams and contribute to business development across energy transition sectors, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes and sustainable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum degree in Hydrology or related discipline.
• Chartered status with a professional institution.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience in consultancy or industry roles with technical leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee complex hydrological, flood risk and drainage studies.
• Provide technical direction on water resources, climate resilience and integrated water management projects.
• Review and assure hydrological and hydraulic modelling outputs.
• Undertake independent technical reviews and QA for major deliverables.
• Support development of innovative and sustainable water management solutions.
