Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate Hydrogeologist to join the Ground and Water team in the UK. The role offers mentoring from senior hydrogeologists, and involvement in delivery of projects across groundwater resources, dewatering, and risk assessment using industry-standard tools.

You will lead by example, manage client relationships, and contribute to proposals with strong commercial awareness while staying up to date with regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Hydrogeology or related discipline required.
• Chartership or equivalent with a relevant professional body preferred.
• Experience leading environmental consultancy projects and teams desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and mentor staff within the Ground & Water team.
• Manage complex projects with strong commercial awareness and timely invoicing.
• Provide technical direction and robust reviews of others' work.
