Worley is seeking an experienced Senior Hydrologist to join our Water team. You will lead hydrology, flood risk and drainage assignments, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and helping develop our people and client relationships.

The role offers exposure to nationally and internationally significant projects across energy, renewables, mining, chemicals and infrastructure. You will mentor graduates, review reports and contribute to proposals while ensuring safety and quality.

Formación

• Requires degree in Hydrology or related field.
• Chartered status or clear progress towards chartership preferred.
• Strong practical experience in hydrology, flood risk, surface water management or drainage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hydrological, flood risk and drainage assessments for major projects.
• Deliver rainfall analyses, catchment assessments and flood estimation studies.
• Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and hydrological studies.
• Develop or oversee hydrological models and interpret results for design teams.
• Assess climate change implications and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical review and QA for reports and calculations.
• Mentor graduates and consultants and support client relationships.
