Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a Hydraulic Sales Specialist in Aberdeen to drive growth in hydraulic and fluid power product sales. You will provide expert technical support to customers and the internal sales team, while promoting our full range of capabilities.

In this role you will act as the technical authority within the commercial function, identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships and support complex quotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in hydraulic or fluid power industry.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic components and systems.
• Experience in technical sales or application support.
• Ability to interpret hydraulic schematics.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with offshore, marine or industrial hydraulics.
• Knowledge of hydraulic power units.
• Experience with hose and fittings.
• Familiarity with Parker Hannifin or equivalent hydraulic product ranges.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across target market sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts.
• Carry out customer visits to understand technical requirements.
• Provide expert advice on hydraulic and fluid power products.
• Interpret hydraulic schematics and customer specifications.
• Recommend suitable hydraulic components and system solutions.
• Prepare and review technically accurate quotations.
