Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group in Aberdeen is seeking an Application Engineer to support customers and commercial teams across EMEA. This hybrid role is onsite four days a week with remote work on Fridays, and involves travel ~25%.

You will turn customer requirements into practical product solutions, support opportunities from enquiry to delivery, and coordinate with engineering and sales to win projects. You will engage with global teams and contribute to safe, high-quality service and proven project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least five years in application engineering or customer-facing roles.
Experience in industrial/OEM environments.
Ability to interpret design standards and technical documentation.
Professional fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Review customer requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions.
Perform calculations to verify applications meet technical and commercial needs.
Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure compliance.
Develop cost-effective proposals and quotations with cross-functional teams.
Provide aftersales technical support and customer-facing guidance.
