• Hands-on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Generate qualified B2B leads via LinkedIn, email, Google Search, and social platforms.
• Research target companies and decision-makers to build prospect databases.
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and monitor deliverability, rates, and conversions.
• Create and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Improve website traffic through SEO and content optimization.
• Manage company social media accounts and publish engaging content.
• Coordinate with sales for timely lead follow-up and conversion.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Track KPIs: leads, CPL, conversion rate, traffic, ROI.
• Research competitors and marketing opportunities.
• Work with design/content teams to create assets.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools.
