Job summary

The Carers’ Centre in Bath is seeking a dedicated Young Carers’ Support Officer to help guide young carers through registration, wellbeing activities, assessments and follow-up support. You will lead holistic needs assessments, organise activities and work with our Digital and Participation teams to raise awareness in the community.

• Experience working with children and young people in one-to-one and group settings.
• Ability to plan and deliver creative youth work sessions focusing on mental health and wellbeing.
• Has budget management and project delivery experience.
• Skilled at engaging with professionals, volunteers and stakeholders to support young carers.
