N-Compass is seeking a Wellbeing Support Officer in Ulverston on a fixed term contract until September 2027. You will work with unpaid carers, carrying out person-centred assessments and co-producing support plans to help carers live well alongside their caring role.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in health, social care, community services or voluntary sector is valued.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are required.

• Carry out person-centred assessments with unpaid carers and identify needs and strengths.
• Co-produce support plans to help carers achieve outcomes that matter most to them.
• Build trusted relationships, provide information and guidance, and connect carers with local services.
