Job summary

NHS Supply Chain is seeking a Workstream Coordinator – Programme to support the Commercial Transformation Programme during a period of transformation. The role focuses on coordinating workstream activities, maintaining plans, and ensuring timely delivery, with two days per week on-site in a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workstream activities, tracking actions, milestones, dependencies and deliverables to schedule.
• Support Workstream Lead and programme teams by organizing meetings, maintaining plans and documentation, and recording risks, issues and decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Commercial, Operational and Corporate functions, coordinating workshops and feedback sessions.
• Assist with business readiness and change activities, including training coordination and implementation support for new ways of working.
• Produce accurate reports, dashboards and status updates showing progress, risks and benefits for governance and decision-making
