Job summary

NHS Supply Chain is recruiting for a Workstream Coordinator to support the Commercial Transformation Programme. The post holder will organise workstreams, coordinate workshops, manage documents and track risks, issues and decisions to enable timely delivery.

Based in a hybrid role, you will liaise with cross-functional teams to support training, communications, and business readiness while ensuring benefits are realised and governance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams within a programme.
• Proven ability to organise meetings, plans and documentation.
• Strong communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in transformation or change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workstream activities, tracking actions, milestones, dependencies and deliverables per programme timelines.
• Support the Workstream Lead by organising meetings, managing plans, and recording risks, issues and decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across functions, coordinating workshops and feedback sessions.
• Assist with business readiness and change adoption, including training coordination and communications.
• Produce accurate reports, dashboards and status updates to support governance and decision-making.
