Job summary

Westfield Health Group is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a complex programme made up of multiple workstreams across the Group. You will work with senior sponsors, territory leads and delivery teams to ensure delivery on scope, time, cost and benefits.

The role offers hands-on leadership, strong governance, and regular executive reporting. Hybrid working with on-site presence and travel when required is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to deliver across multiple regions, cultures and teams.
• Strong background in programme planning, governance, risk and change control.
• Hands-on budget management, including forecasting and financial reporting.
• Experience producing reporting for C-level and senior governance audiences.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own an integrated programme plan and deliver to scope, time, cost and quality.
• Agree success measures upfront and track benefits realization.
• Prepare territories for change with people, process and training.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, escalating variances with options.
• Build trusted relationships with senior sponsors across territories.
• Provide clear executive reporting for C-level audiences.
• Coordinate Project Managers to maintain delivery momentum.
