Job summary

Poolside is a fully remote company with monthly in-person weeks, usually in London. You’ll manage day-to-day workplace operations, travel, and on-sites to ensure smooth experiences for engineers, leadership, and partners. The role blends remote work with essential in-person presence to keep the office and events running seamlessly.

You’ll shape processes, own budgets, and partner with IT and facilities to deliver high-quality service while sustaining a strong company culture across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace, office, travel or events management.
• An exceptional service mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfort building processes where none exist yet.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day workplace operations: facilities, vendors, supplies, food deliveries, maintenance and health & safety.
• Own and improve travel management with Finance and the wider team.
• Own the logistics for monthly on-sites: venues, accommodation, travel, catering and agendas—London or abroad.
• Plan and deliver team events and in-person moments to strengthen culture.
• Manage relationships with landlords, building management and external vendors; oversee office budgets and contracts.
• Support onboarding and offboarding on workplace issues: access, desks, and IT equipment handover.
• Build and refine processes as the company grows.
