Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Consultant to help organisations build future-ready workforces by shaping workforce strategies, developing critical skills, and creating cultures that drive engagement and growth with AI and emerging technologies.

You will collaborate with senior business, HR and transformation leaders, contribute to business development, and engage in internal capability development and learning initiatives to deliver tangible client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trends in workforce transformation and learning, including AI impact on work, skills, culture and organisations.
• Passion for developing innovative and industry-leading solutions for clients.
• Desirable to be currently working in a Consulting firm, and/or in industry but with a Consulting background.
• Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and to enlist support from peers for selling and delivering consulting solutions.
• Skilled at establishing excellent client and team relationships, delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in proposition building and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, propositions, client pitches and events.
• Internal contribution – campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development.
