Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Consultant / Senior Consultant for its AI Factory to help clients translate business challenges into practical data and AI solutions that unlock measurable value.

You'll work with stakeholders and technical specialists to design and deliver AI use cases across Generative AI, agentic AI and automation, while contributing to client growth and practice development in a collaborative, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data, analytics, AI or digital transformation through consulting, technology, engineering, academia or industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate into data/AI use cases.
• Prioritize and deliver AI use cases based on business value, feasibility and user needs.
• Design and develop user-centric AI products, copilots, intelligent assistants and agentic workflows across cloud platforms including Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Support deployment, adoption and change by translating complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for business users.
