Job summary

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking an experienced Waste Services Technical Coordinator to drive improvements in waste collection and street cleansing across Buckinghamshire. You will lead technical projects, manage Bartec and related systems, and deliver data-driven performance insights to inform decisions.

You will report on compliance, policy changes and service enhancements, coordinating with senior managers, contractors and partners to ensure efficient, customer-focused frontline services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical and service improvement projects.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
