Slough Borough Council is seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Waste & Street Cleansing to lead the day-to-day delivery of frontline services in Chalvey Waste Depot, Slough. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safe, reliable, productive waste collection and street cleansing for residents.

You will develop operational management and supervisory teams, ensuring optimal deployment of people, vehicles and resources, with a drive for continuous improvement and high service standards.

• Lead day-to-day delivery of frontline waste and street cleansing services.

• Ensure safety, reliability, productivity and high standards for residents.
• Oversee interlinked Waste & Street Scene activities including waste collection, street cleansing, HWRC and transfer stations.
