Job summary

Macmillan Cancer Support is seeking an experienced Challenge Events Manager to deliver our Virtual and DIY fundraising portfolio. The role focuses on growing participation, fundraising income and supporter engagement through targeted campaigns and compelling products.

You will collaborate with Digital, Content and Supporter Care teams, manage budgets, and represent Macmillan at events, including some weekend work. Hybrid working with occasional travel across London, Shipley and Glasgow offices.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Uses data and insights to evaluate and improve activity.
• Strong relationship management across teams and partners.
• Experience budgeting and tracking performance against targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and optimisation of virtual and DIY fundraising products.
• Manage multi-channel marketing and stewardship campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using data to identify opportunities.
• Manage budgets and support forecasting and reporting.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.
• Provide line management support to team members where applicable.
• Represent Macmillan at events, including weekend work.
• Ensure all activity complies with policies and procedures.
