Job summary

InterContinental 62s Group plc is seeking an ADP/UKG/Kronos Systems Manager to support workforce management across 25 hotels in four countries. This hands-on role, within the Product Team, focuses on configuring scheduling systems, updates, and issue resolution to ensure accurate payroll and reporting.

You will collaborate with HR, finance, payroll, and hotel operations, driving adoption and continuous improvement of the workforce optimisation stack.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using ADP or UKG/Kronos across multi-site operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand how system changes impact operations and payroll.
• Confident communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-focused, collaborative approach with resilience to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and configure workforce scheduling systems across 25 hotels across four countries.
• Manage system updates linked to scheduling rules and labour law.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support resolution through ServiceNow and partner channels.
• Work with HR, finance, payroll, operations and hotel teams to ensure accurate system outputs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across our workforce optimisation systems.
