Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Windsor, UK is seeking a hands-on UKG/Kronos Systems Manager to support our workforce management systems across 25 hotels in four countries. You will work within the Product Team to ensure effective setup, workflows, reporting and support for confident usage of UKG and related tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with UKG Kronos across multi-site operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess how changes affect operations and payroll.
• Confident communication to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-focused, collaborative approach with resilience to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and configure workforce scheduling systems across 25 hotels in four countries.
• Manage system updates tied to scheduling rules and labour law.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support resolution via ServiceNow and partner channels.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, payroll, operations and hotel teams to ensure accurate outputs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across workforce optimisation systems.
