Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to partner with Global HR, Payroll, and Operations, aligning UKG and ADP capabilities with business objectives. You will manage workforce management and payroll platforms across production countries and future deployments.

You will own UKG/ADP domains, drive roadmaps, deliver scalable, compliant solutions, and collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to optimize processes, support audits, and ensure long-term support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years supporting HR, payroll, workforce management, or enterprise systems.
• Experience managing enterprise platforms in production, including governance and continuous improvement.
• Ability to drive process improvements, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with roadmap planning, release management, and feature delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage UKG and ADP functional domains to align with business needs.
• Drive workforce management and payroll technology roadmap and expansions.
• Lead platform roadmaps and collaborate across teams for scalable solutions.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and vendors to identify process improvements.
• Plan and prioritize system enhancements in line with priorities and resources.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams for workforce management and payroll.
• Support production countries through issue resolution and governance activities.
• Provide functional design support for future country implementations.
• Collaborate across HR tech ecosystem (UKG, ADP, Workday, integrations).
• Support audits, compliance, and documentation efforts.
• Document requirements, configurations, testing, and operations for long-term support.
