Job summary

b3 jobs ltd, a UK-based food processing business and leading innovator, is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage purchasing of ingredients, packaging and services, forecast demand, control inventory and drive cost savings. You will work with suppliers across West London.

The role requires a degree, experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred, and offers 20 days holiday plus pension; hybrid working with one day WFH.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing of ingredients, packaging and services and monitor market trends to support sourcing decisions
• Obtain quotations, negotiate contracts and payment terms with suppliers
• Oversee demand forecasting, inventory and material planning to ensure efficient supply chain
• Drive improvements to reduce lead times, control stock levels and cut costs
• Ensure food safety, quality and regulatory compliance across sourcing and manufacturing processes
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to support company goals and continuous improvement
