VodafoneThree is seeking a Site Acquisition, Planning & Community Affairs Senior Manager in Newbury, hybrid working 2–3 days in the office. The role leads a team across property, planning and community affairs to deliver network deployment across regions.

You will collaborate with Legal, Public Affairs and partners to ensure compliant, timely site delivery and strong stakeholder engagement. A track record in telecoms or regulated sectors is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams to achieve objectives.
• Background in planning, property, infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications or regulated environments.
• Understanding governance and programme delivery with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and contract/partnership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of planning, acquisition and community affairs subject matter experts.
• Provide strategic leadership across property, planning, acquisition and local affairs activities.
• Define and lead acquisition and planning strategies for rollout delivery with Local Planning Authorities and stakeholders.
• Build relationships across VodafoneThree with Legal, Public Affairs, Towers & Estates to manage risks and deliver sites.
• Lead on property, planning and local affairs, representing VodafoneThree in relevant forums.
• Oversee delivery partners to ensure governance and consistent ways of working.
• Collaborate with Cornerstone, MBNL and partners to share best practices and improve delivery.
• Support regional deployment teams in resolving complex issues and escalations.
