Job summary

You will adapt content to individual needs, monitor outcomes and contribute to service development

Qualifications

• Experience in trauma-informed and contextual safeguarding approaches.
• Experience delivering peer group work with young people.
• Ability to manage safeguarding concerns and complex risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel to different locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate and co‑facilitate trauma‑responsive peer group interventions.
• Deliver group work aligning with evolving models of practice.
• Conduct risk assessments and safeguarding planning.
• Monitor group dynamics and adapt content to participants.
• Collaborate with schools and partner agencies to deliver safe, coordinated sessions.
