Job summary

Supply Chain Coordination Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Workstream Co-ordinator – Programme to support the Commercial Transformation Programme. The role is hybrid, with two days on site weekly, and a 12-month fixed-term contract with a starting salary of £32,741, rising to £36,379 over three years.

You will coordinate day-to-day workstream activities, support planning and reporting, and help ensure timely delivery along with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workstream activities; track actions, milestones, dependencies and deliverables in line with programme timelines.
• Organise meetings, maintain plans and documentation; record and escalate risks, issues and decisions as required.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Commercial, Operational and Corporate functions; coordinate workshops and feedback sessions.
• Assist with business readiness and change activities, including training coordination, communications and guidance materials.
• Produce reports, dashboards and status updates showing progress, risks, issues and benefits realisation for governance.
